Time and time again I have ordered canned kimchi on Amazon and have received kimchi that is either over fermented or just does not taste like kimchi. However, I found this particular brand on TikTok that a Korean chef has been using to share recipes and I must say that it is fresh, delectable and perfect for cooking. These looked a lot like the cans on an episode of KoreanEnglishman (YouTube) or Jolly (same guys, also YouTube). The kimchi I had in high school back when dinosaurs roamed the earth nearly knocked my socks off with the spice level, at an international folk festival in Milwaukee, WI. This brand is milder than what my memory serves up, but very flavorful. Fermented foods are so beneficial- glad to find a version that is much more easily stored when fridge space is at a premium, and in a quantity more useful for one person who lives alone. This kimchi is super quick and easy. It comes in a perfectly portioned can and the flavor is amazing and authentic. It’s shrimp and garlic free so it doesn’t smell and tastes very clean. We made some Kimchi Fried Rice and Kimchi Toast Sandwiches inspired from their Instagram Page, love PKWK's Kimchi and will be buying again! HAN - AMAZON
